We do not contract with any insurance companies. Our $99/month membership covers all visits, making care affordable and accessible. You can use insurance for labs and certain medications, but often, our cash pay options are more affordable. We always provide transparent pricing for these options.

Eve Telehealth and Wellness does not have a minimum commitment. Patients may cancel their membership anytime 7 days before their next bill date. Membership renews automatically and is billed month to month until canceled.
